Supplementary Conditions for Electronic Performance Overviews

These supplementary conditions specify the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions (§ 3.12) regarding the provision of and access to electronic performance overviews. They apply in addition to the GTC of alkima and form part of the contractual relationship between alkima and the customer.

• If alkima provides the customer with electronic performance overviews (e.g., via Google Sheets), access shall be granted exclusively through personalized user accounts.

• The customer shall notify alkima in writing of the email addresses of the persons who are to be granted access to the performance overview. Changes to or the deletion of access authorizations must also be communicated in writing.

• alkima grants or revokes access solely on the basis of such written notifications. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the persons designated by them are internally authorized.

• The customer is obliged to inform alkima without delay of any changes (e.g., staff turnover or the departure of authorized persons). Until written notification is provided, any previously granted authorization remains valid.
